 Welcome to the Driftwood Acres and Cozy Acres Community website. This site, which can be accessed by DAMC homeowners, provides Driftwood Acres and Cozy Acres Community members with access to pertinent DAMC documentation, community and local area information. The Driftwood Acres and Cozy Acres Community is governed by a Kittitas County approved homeowner’s association known as Driftwood Acres Maintenance Corporation (DAMC). All financial obligations, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R) and Bylaws are monitored and enforced by seven DAMC Board of Trustees. The annual DAMC meeting date has been set. The meeting will be held on Saturday July 25th, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Location will be set in the future.
Tony Craven was a guest speaker at the annual HOA meeting on July 12th and provided valuable information for our community members about how to fire wise their homes and to help our community be safer when it comes to fires.
