 Welcome to the Driftwood Acres and Cozy Acres Community website. This site, which can be accessed by DAMC homeowners, provides Driftwood Acres and Cozy Acres Community members with access to pertinent DAMC documentation, community and local area information. The Driftwood Acres and Cozy Acres Community is governed by a Kittitas County approved homeowner’s association known as Driftwood Acres Maintenance Corporation (DAMC). All financial obligations, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R) and Bylaws are monitored and enforced by seven DAMC Board of Trustees. We've added a new section to our website!
It's called Celebrations and Remembrances. We'd like to create a more connected community here in Driftwood Acres for everyone to be more involved with their neighbors.
We invite all members of the Driftwood Acres Community to share joyful celebrations as well as sorrows in their lives. You can share special birthday celebrations, weddings, births, retirements and any other good news you would like to share with the community so your neighbors can share in your happiness. You can also share deaths and losses you've experienced so your neighbors can be supportive during your time of grief.
